Authorised Users
KidSavio is intended for parents and lawful guardians managing authorised child devices. You must have the legal authority and permission required to manage each device connected to your KidSavio account.
Parent Responsibility
You are responsible for the devices connected to your account, the settings you configure and the way KidSavio features are used. You must ensure that your use complies with applicable laws and respects the rights of others.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Appropriate Use
You must not use KidSavio for secret surveillance, unlawful tracking, monitoring adults, violating privacy rights, bypassing security protections, harming others or engaging in illegal activity.
Monitoring Features
KidSavio monitoring and safety features are intended only for authorised parental or guardian management of supported child devices. You must not use KidSavio to secretly monitor another adult, including a spouse, partner or other individual.
Android Permissions
Some KidSavio features require Android permissions or system access. You may need to grant permissions for features to function. Disabling a required permission may limit or prevent the related feature from working.
Service Availability
We work to keep KidSavio available and reliable, but services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, network problems or circumstances outside our control.

Paid KidSavio plans are subject to the applicable Payment Policy and Refund Policy. Pricing, billing periods and available features may vary by plan.
