KidSavio is intended to be managed by a parent or lawful guardian. Account information is used to create and secure your account, connect authorised devices, provide requested services, communicate with you and provide customer support.
Parents or lawful guardians may provide limited child profile information to personalise family safety features and connect a child profile with an authorised device. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that they have the legal authority required to provide this information.
KidSavio may access or process information about device usage, screen time and applications on a supported device when required to provide features such as screen-time controls, app restrictions, schedules and activity insights.
If location features are offered, enabled and the required Android permissions and disclosures are completed, KidSavio may access and transmit location information from an authorised supported device to provide parent-requested safety features. Location access can be managed through applicable device and app settings.
Where web filtering or content protection features are enabled, KidSavio may process information necessary to identify, filter or restrict inappropriate online content. We use this information only as necessary to provide the requested safety functionality.
KidSavio may provide parent-approved monitoring or safety features on supported devices. These features are designed for authorised parental or guardian use only and must not be used for secret surveillance, unlawful tracking or monitoring of other adults.
